Rate Reset’s Executive Team and Board of Advisors are comprised of some of the most accomplished and respected individuals in fintech start-up, mortgage, technology, regulatory and capital markets. Many of our Board of Advisors are not simply advisors, but rather are customers, providing the Executive Team unparalleled access to the industry’s leading and forward thinking financial institutions. Rate Reset’s headquarters are located in the Washington, D.C. area, which provides tremendous growth opportunities, not only for its deep and broad customer prospect base, but also enables the Executive Team to keep a finger on the pulse of the key market makers (e.g. mortgage and consumer regulatory agencies).

Keith Kelly, Founder & CEO

Keith Kelly is an entrepreneur who created and patented the Mortgage Annuity Revenue Stream (U.S. Patent # 7292995). Mr. Kelly has been in retail mortgage banking over twenty-nine years. He has been an advocate for proper homeowner education for the past 19 years focusing on strategies for homeowners to help them avoid paying closing costs. His closing cost savings platform has been featured in Money Magazine, The Washington Post, Time Magazine, New York Times, Woman’s World, CNBC and a host of other national publications. He has been a Radio Host of MyMortgageWatchDog on WMAL in Washington, DC. Mr. Kelly has a bachelor’s of science degree from James Madison University.

Robert Catalanotto, Founder & COO



Robert Catalanotto has over thirty years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Twenty-two years have been in the secondary mortgage market at Fannie Mae. He has significant experience in all aspects of business strategy, data warehousing, business intelligence, new product development and mortgage operations. In addition, he has over twenty years of managerial experience. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Catalanotto was with GW Fauth and Associates, an economic consulting firm in Washington DC. Mr. Catalanotto is currently the Chairman of the Board of The Partnership Federal Credit Union. He is the past Chairman of the Board at the Fannie Mae Federal Credit Union having served as Chairman during its merger with The Partnership Federal Credit Union. Mr. Catalanotto has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from CW Post College in New York and a master’s degree in international management from the University of Maryland.

Neeraj K. Vohra, CFO

Prior to joining Mortgage Harmony in July 2013, Mr. Vohra was the CFO of Internet Broadcasting Corp. (IBC), an IPTV company targeting underserved consumers in the United States. He was responsible for IBC’s first outside capital raise and led its entire finance and accounting function. Previously, as a managing director at Friedman Billings Ramsey (FBR), Mr. Vohra led a team responsible for originating and executing all transactions in the financial technology and technology enabled services sectors for over a decade. He managed over 50 initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, private equity raises, and strategic mergers and acquisitions for clients in the U.S. and India, including financial technology companies AccessData, Banktec, Digital Insight, Online Resources, Open Solutions, PayPal and S1. Mr. Vohra holds an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.B.A. in Economics from Baruch College, CUNY.

Board of Advisors

Joe Brancucci, Retired President and CEO GTE Financial

Mr. Brancucci was the Chief Executive Officer and President at GTE Financial from July 2010 until his retirement in March 2016. He was named the CU Times 2013 CEO Trailblazer of the Year. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU), Tukwila, WA where he began his career in 1995 as the Director of Consumer Loans followed by Chief Lending Officer in 1999, VP Product & Delivery Channel Management and CLO in 2004, and retired as the Executive Vice President in 2010. While at BECU, he formed Prime Alliance Solutions, a business technology solution to more than 1000 credit unions in 2001, and served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board until it merged with Mortgage Cadence in 2013. He has been in financial services since 1971, holding senior management positions at savings banks, a national bank, Freddie Mac, and a small community credit union. He served as the Chairman of CU Direct Corporation (CUDL) until May 2013. He was the Chair of the CUNA Lending Council from 2003 to 2006, the Chair of the CUNA Council Forum from 2006 to 2008, Chair of the Fannie Mae Credit Union Advisory Council from 2001 to 2007, and a member of the National Housing Advisory Council from 2006 to 2008. He frequently participates as a panelist and lecturer at various credit union education and mortgage banking forums and conferences. He was the recipient of the NACUSO Executive of the Year Award in 2003 for his work with Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc. Mr. Brancucci holds a BA in Economics and English from Hofstra University and he has completed Stanford University’s Executive Development Program.

Mark Hendricks, Principal, Taradin Services Ltd.

Mr. Hendricks is a founder and principal of Taradin Services Ltd., a venture capital, private equity and real estate investment firm. Mr. Hendricks previously served as the Managing Director of Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, a joint venture between Marriott International Inc. and the renowned Italian luxury company, where he was responsible for all aspects of brand and product development. During this time, he was also a member of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC Corporate Steering Committee. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Hendricks held positions in development and finance with Marriott International in Switzerland and at Marriott headquarters in Maryland. In 2007, Mr. Hendricks worked with JWM Family Enterprises, and Thomas Point Ventures, LP, both private investments companies owned by the J.W. Marriott family, as Managing Director of Investments and Business Development. Mr. Hendricks began his career as an international and admiralty lawyer and later became a corporate and private equity lawyer and investor. He has been a co-founder, director and/or early-stage investor in a number of businesses, and a principal in a number of private real estate ventures. Mr. Hendricks holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and J.D. from Brigham Young University. He has also studied at the Centro de Estudias Internacionales, Madrid and Regent’s College, London.

Ken Huntsman, AOL Co-Founder and Fellow

Mr. Huntsman is co-founder of AOL, a multinational mass media Internet Company. Mr. Huntsman held various positions at AOL, including systems programmer and director of systems architecture. His other responsibilities included overseeing the expansion and implementation of the online service as well as monitoring its performance. Mr. Huntsman eventually rose to the position of AOL Fellow and served as a chief technical consultant to the operations group of AOL Networks in Reston, Va., until his retirement in 2007. Mr. Huntsman began his career with Telenet Corp., where he developed Telemail. Later called Sprintmail, it was one of the first commercially successful electronic mail systems. Mr. Huntsman eventually became a senior scientist at the firm. In 1983 Mr. Huntsman joined Control Video Corp. to create communications products for Atari VCS. He and a group of co-workers later founded Quantum Computer Services (QCS) in 1985 as Control Video was disbanding. Later that year, QCS launched its first online service. Four years later, it unveiled a service called America Online, which became the name of the company. Mr. Huntsman has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and master’s degree in computer science from the University of Tennessee.

David G. Kittle, Former Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association

Mr. Kittle served as the 2009 chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). He is currently senior director of industry relations for mortgage industry leader IMARC. Prior to that position, he was the executive vice president of Vision Mortgage Capital LLC, a division of American Home Bank located in Pennsylvania. Active in the mortgage banking industry since 1978, Mr. Kittle started his career with American Fletcher Mortgage Co., where he became a top loan originator before moving up to management in 1986. In 1994, he founded his own company, Associates Mortgage Group Inc., which he sold in 2006. Mr. Kittle served as president of Principle Wholesale Lending and has also worked with Jefferson Mortgage Group, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Bank One and Citicorp Mortgage. A former chairman of MORPAC (MBA’s political action committee) and a former vice chairman of the MBA Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) as well as a member of MBA’s Advisory Committee, Mr. Kittle is past president of the Louisville and Kentucky mortgage banking associations.

Leonard Mills, Ph.D., CFA, CQF, SVP, Model Validation, Wells Fargo Bank

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank Dr. Mills was the President of PI Analytics, an independent consulting firm, Dr. Mills has over 25 years of experience in providing fixed income analytics, quantitative investment research, pricing and portfolio strategies, and economic research. His career includes 15 years in research, analytics and portfolio strategy for Fannie Mae’s investment management business. He is an expert in modeling residential and commercial mortgages, real estate equity investments, structured finance products, derivatives pricing, portfolio risk measurement and strategies, capital allocation, investment accounting standards, and analytic application development. Dr. Mills has taught economics and finance at Tulane University, the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), the University of Maryland (Smith), and the Johns Hopkins University (Carey). He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Hamden-Sydney and a doctorate in economics from Tulane University.

Scott Toler, CEO/President CUMA (Credit Union Mortgage Association)

Mr. Toler is the President/CEO of Credit Union Mortgage Association (CUMA) located in Fairfax, Virginia. Exclusively owned by forty-seven credit unions in Virginia, Maryland, D.C. and PA, CUMA provides mortgage origination, processing, underwriting, closing, access to the secondary mortgage market, and loan-servicing for more than 70 credit unions and their members nationwide. Prior to CUMA, Mr. Toler spent twelve years as Vice President and Regional Mortgage Sales Manager for First Union/Wachovia. Mr. Toler brings more than 25 years of mortgage experience in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area to the credit union industry. His dedication to the industry over the years includes serving on the Board of Directors for CU Title Insurance Company, Joshua Path (a non-profit organization), he is the Vice Chairman of CU Realty Services, as well as Chairman of the Architectural Review Committee for the Timer Ridge Home Owners Association.

Deborah Ames Naylor, EVP/CAO, The PenFed Group

Deborah Ames Naylor is the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at PenFed overseeing Mortgage Operations, Human Resources, BSA and Facilities. Debbie began her career at PenFed over 30 years ago. She has worked in a number of areas within the credit union learning the operations from the ground up. Areas of responsibilities have included; Student Loans, Loan Review, Credit Committee, Director of Credit, Mortgage Operations, Card Services, and Collections. She became a member of the Executive Team at PenFed in 2011 and has overseen more than $13 billion in real estate loan originations since 2012. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from George Mason University and earned her Masters of Business Administration degree in 2004. She is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) through the Mortgage Bankers Association. Debbie recently became a member of the Fannie Mae Advisory Board for Credit Unions and completed the Thayer Executive Leadership Program at West Point.

Richard A. Spires, CEO Learning Tree International

Mr. Spires is the CEO of Learning Tree International, a leading provider of IT training to business and government organizations worldwide. Prior to joining Learning Tree International, Mr. Sprires served as the CEO of Resilient Network Systems, a San Francisco-based software firm that provides the Trust Network platform to bring trust to the cloud and the Internet of Things. Mr. Spires was appointed and served as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Chief Information Officer from 2009 till 2013. He also served as the Vice-Chairman of the Federal Government CIO Council and the Co-Chairman of the Committee for National Security Systems (CNSS), the committee that sets standards for the U.S. Government’s classified systems. Mr. Spires held a number of positions at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from 2004 through 2008 including the Deputy Commissioner for Operations Support, having overall responsibility for the key support and administrative functions for the IRS and the IRS’s CIO, with overall strategic and operational responsibility for a $2 billion budget and a 7,000-person organization. From 2000 through 2003, Spires served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Mantas, Inc., a software company that provides business intelligence solutions to the financial services industry. Prior to Mantas, he spent more than 16 years serving in a number of technical and managerial positions at SRA International. Mr. Spires received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Cincinnati. He also holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the George Washington University.

Joseph Warren, CEO & Founder Warren Capital Group

Mr. Warren founded Warren Capital in 2005 after serving as Vice President and Associate Branch Manager at Morgan Stanley in Washington, D.C. Since 1998, Mr. Warren has prudently managed personal, corporate, estate, pensions, and retirement accounts. Mr. Warren has extensive experience in investment management, private equity, retirement and estate planning, and personal mortgages. Mr. Warren has completed numerous securities exams including the Series 7, 24, 65, Rule 144 and life and health insurance. His insight and opinion on the economy and markets has been published numerous times and he is the author of The Capital View. Mr. Warren serves on various boards and holds substantial equity stakes in several other successful private companies. Mr. Warren received a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
